Rates:
$25/hr
+$5 per every 15 minutes of drive time after allotted 30 minutes.
Services Offered & Schedule:
Clean & Pristine, Co. offers weekly, bi-weekly, monthly & one time cleaning appointments, as well as specific item cleans (ovens, refrigerators and deep cleans for individual rooms). Move-out & Move-in cleans are also offered! Full-Time availability during weekdays and weekends! Appointments can be scheduled beginning at 8am and shall not be scheduled for after 5pm (unless discussed prior). Business communications will also fall within those hours, daily!

Hey there every one! My name is Alexandera Dobbins, I am 27, married and have two dogs (a chocolate and yellow lab) and two cats! I have a passion for helping others and being able to run my own business! I have a background in business and finance and have always wanted to help others in any way I can. One way that I love the most is cleaning.
I have been cleaning part-time for a range of customers and opened this business in March of 2025. Having almost a year of cleaning for clients under my belt, I have decided to register Clean & Pristine, Co. with Alex Dobbins, as an LLC and run it full time!

Services Offered:
Standard Cleaning
Standard cleanings includes sanitizing & ridding tops and fronts of surfaces, of debris, all windows and sills, dusting all light fixtures and furniture, as well as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
Deep Cleaning
Select Item cleaning is for the appliances that are a pain to clean, but just need to be. I will do the hard work! (i.e. Refrigerator & Freezer, Oven & Stove, you pick!)
Select Item Cleaning
Deep cleanings include all that standard cleaning offers, with more extensive scrubbing and tough mark removal, as well as specific attention to windows, baseboards and walls. *Deep cleanings are extra-detail oriented and take a longer period of time to complete*
Move-In & Move-Out Cleanings
Move-In Cleanings include top to bottom deep cleaning of light fixtures, windows, walls & floors, along with all appliances, to make your new home move-in ready!
Move-Out Cleanings require a $50 deposit and will be scheduled as a minimum of an 8 hour day. Move-Out Cleanings include extensive deep cleaning of items listed in the Move-In Cleaning section. All items MUST be moved out of the home in order to complete a move-out cleaning appointment.
Gift Certificates are offered for purchase! Purchase an allotted amount of time for someone you are gifting to!

The Clean & Pristine Co. General Policy:
Cleaning needs and requests are all different and client specific! I aim to be flexible and assist in any way that is feasible. Estimated time frames are provided when making appointments for cost and time planning! However, actual time taken can be variable, while making sure time is used responsibly to preform and complete every expected task. Hours of business for appointments and communications will be 8am-5pm daily. Any communications that are missed while completing a cleaning appointment will be returned within 24 hours. I started and run this business purely with the intention to help others. I work with a STRICT No Judgement Policy. Clean & Pristine, Co, with Alex Dobbins is here to help and do the hard work!
Pricing & Payment Policy:
Rate: $25/hr (+$5 for travel exceeding 30 minutes)
Payment is due after the cleaning appointment is completed. A checklist of completed items, the amount of time taken and the amount of money owed, will be provided at the end of the appointment via text, message or in person. Payment is accepted in the form of Cash, Check, Venmo or PayPal.

Appointment Policy:
New Clients: Once an appointment is made or communication is in works, a Client Intake Form will be sent, to be completed. This form provides me with client information (address, phone number), type of cleaning appointment (standard, deep, specific-item), description of the home (how many bedrooms, bathrooms), desired frequency of cleanings, and expectations/special directions.
Client comfort is top priority! Cleaning appointments can be completed while the client is at home, however, results and time taken can be improved when left to work (pets can be left out if sociable or put away at clients discretion). Cleaning & sanitizing can be done easier when clutter & trash are removed before the appointment begins. Objects can and will be moved to clean behind with permission from client. Cleanings are detail-oriented and have better results when time can be taken and work is not rushed! (:
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments cancelled “morning of” are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
Communication creates an easy way to reschedule an appointment! I am happy to reschedule any appointment with a days notice! Confirmation texts, messages or calls are made 24-48 hours before appointments. Reschedules can be made during this time or any time before the scheduled appointment.
I am completely understanding to life and its occurrences. Along with the strict no judgement policy, there is also a strict understanding for circumstances that are beyond our means (like weather!).
During Winter months… appointments will only be cancelled AND rescheduled if there are winter weather advisories, storm watches or warnings.
